Delegates of the ICEFA Conference are encouraged to join a trip to The Keringhuis on Monday 2nd July 2012, to visit the Maaslantkering storm surge barrier. Located in the Nieuwe Waterweg, between the towns of Hoek van Holland and Maassluis, this record breaking structure was built to protect the port of Rotterdam. The coach for the trip will depart from the Hilton Hotel at 6:20pm and a snack will be served to each delegate. In order to book your place on the excursion please visit.
