Roger ter Haar QC

Roger was called to the Bar in 1974 and has practised from Crown Office Chambers (London) since 1975. He was made a QC in 1992. He was instructed to represent the Respondent in the Court of Appeal in a leading case on witness immunity in June 2010 (Accident Exchange Ltd v Autofocus Ltd). He was also instructed to represent the Appellant in the Supreme Court on a test case on experts’ negligence in January 2011 (Jones v Kaney).
